THIS IS NOT TRUE. You CANNOT SPOT REDUCE fat on any part of your body by doing target exercises. To lose fat, you must lose it all over your body. No amount of crunches will burn off belly fat, it will only make the muscles underneath stronger. Please not not perpetuate this myth– it has caused a lot of people to waste a lot of energy and effort.
